- Prepaid tickets are non-refundable. Tickets for a date canceled due to weather can be transferred to another date through Friday, October 30.

Before you go.
The farm has loose stone and some paved areas. Strollers, wagons and wheelchairs can be used around the outdoor animal area, but uneven sections can be difficult to push across. Strollers and wagons must remain outside the dairy store.
Merrymead estimates 20–60 minutes in the maze, 3–4 hours for a daytime Harvest Days visit, and 1½–2 hours for the evening maze and hayride.
- Children under 16 need an adult chaperone; the chaperone must join them in the evening maze.
- Portable toilets are beside the dairy store.
- Leave pets at home.
